What closes the gap is our technician based in San Mateo County, on the Peninsula side, which cuts real drive time for Daly City calls compared to sending a truck from the East Bay.

What we repair on the bench.

Group temperature drift. A group that runs cold or won't hold steady points at the boiler element or the per-group PID. We test each head on the S-series or MVP Hydra separately and replace only the part that's actually failed.
Solenoid and group gasket wear. Daly City's fog doesn't spare the machines, and neither does daily cycle count. Sticking solenoids and flattened group gaskets both show up as leaks or slow shots, and we rebuild the group rather than guess.
Flow meter and dosing drift. When volumetric shots start running long or short with no change in the grind, the flow meter is usually the culprit. We pull and clean it first, and replace it if the vanes are worn past spec.
