What we repair on the bench.

Flow meter cleaning and replacement. Volumetric dosing on Synesso depends on clean flow meters. When shots run short or long on a busy Santa Cruz Avenue bar, we clean or replace the meter so your programmed volumes hold.
Control board diagnosis. Erratic group behavior or dead displays often point at the control board. We test before condemning it, and source the correct board for your MVP Hydra or S-series unit.
Per-group PID and temperature stability. Synesso sells on stable per-group temperature. If one group swings, we check that group's PID and element so your baristas get the same shot every pull.
Filtration upgrade for hard water. Office and campus installs often skip proper filtration. We set up water treatment and descale the machine so scale stops shortening boiler element and solenoid life.
