Synesso commercial service.

San Mateo is where our Peninsula technician is based, covering the restaurant rows on 25th Avenue and B Street along with the rest of downtown. A lot of Synesso machines in this stretch see back-to-back service through lunch and into dinner, and that volume is what usually brings us in.

Being based here means we're not driving in from San Ramon for every call. We're an independent shop, not a Synesso dealer, and we handle both the mechanical and plumbed-water side of these machines.

$150 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Group gasket and solenoid rebuilds. The 25th Avenue and B Street restaurants run their machines hard through two full meal services. We rebuild worn solenoids and swap group gaskets before a leak turns into a lunch-rush problem.
Per-group boiler element and PID. A group that drifts off temperature during a dinner rush usually means the boiler element or PID on that head. We isolate the fault to one group and replace the part, not the whole boiler.
Flow meter calibration. Shots that wander in volume during a busy service point at a flow meter losing accuracy. We clean it first and replace it only if the reading still won't hold.
