Synesso commercial service.

San Ramon is home for us, so the cafes around City Center Bishop Ranch and the shops along Camino Ramon, 94583, get the shortest response we run. The newer business-park cafes and the 94582 neighborhoods toward Dougherty Valley round out the local coverage. Synesso machines in these shops we service as an independent, not a factory dealer.

Because this is our base, there is effectively no drive time. The water here is plumbed hard like the rest of the valley, so scale and filtration drive most of what we fix on these machines.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group PID and temperature control. A Bishop Ranch cafe needs every group holding temp. We test the per-group PID and element on the S-series or MVP Hydra and fix the group that drifts.
Solenoid and gasket service. Sticking solenoids and worn group gaskets cause leaks and bad dosing. We rebuild the group and check the others while we are in there.
Descale and filtration. Valley water scales the boilers and lines. We descale and size a filter for your volume so it stays clean longer.
Flow meter, pump, and control board. Volume that will not settle or a machine that will not fire often comes down to a flow meter, the pump, or a control board. We isolate it and replace the failed part.
