Santa Clara runs from the cafes near Santa Clara University and The Alameda, 95050, out to the tech-campus coffee operations around 95054 and the Mission College area. A lot of those campus and specialty cafes run Synesso S-series and MVP Hydra machines, and we service them independently, no manufacturer authorization claimed.

From San Ramon it is roughly 50 minutes to an hour down I-680 and across, more in traffic. We also reach the 95051 neighborhoods toward El Camino. A campus cafe with a dead machine backs up a long morning line, so we move on these quickly.

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group boiler element and PID. When one group will not heat on a Synesso, it is the element or its PID. We test each group on its own and replace only what failed.
Solenoid and group gasket rebuild. High-traffic campus bars wear solenoids and gaskets fast. We rebuild the group, swap the seals, and confirm clean shots.
Flow meter and volumetric dosing. Shot volume drifting on an S200 or S300 usually means a scaled flow meter. We clean or replace it and reset the dose.
Descale and filtration. Plumbed machines here scale through a busy semester. We descale the boilers and lines and size proper filtration.
