Broadway Plaza and the restaurants along North Main and Locust in 94596 keep super-automatics behind the counter, while the office towers near the BART station run them in break areas. San Ramon is our home base, so Walnut Creek is close, about 20 minutes up the 680. We cover 94595, 94596, and 94597, from the downtown core through Rossmoor and the Ygnacio Valley offices. Plumbed espresso machines here scale up like everywhere else, so we check filtration and descale on every call.

Brew unit and grinder service. Cafe-volume Schaerers wear the brew group and burrs hard. We rebuild the brew unit and reset grind so a Coffee Soul or Coffee Skye keeps its shot quality through the rush.
Best Foam milk system. Lattes and cappuccinos hammer the milk system. We strip the Best Foam valves and tubing, descale, and rebuild so foam comes out right cup after cup.
Boiler descaling and pump. Scale chokes the boiler and tires the pump, killing temperature and pressure. We descale, test the pump, and dial in water filtration to slow the next buildup.
Touchscreen and control board. Frozen displays and error codes get a real diagnosis, not a guess. We sort screen versus board and give you a straight call on the fix.
