Alamo is small and quiet, 94507, but the office suites along Danville Boulevard and the bigger estate kitchens up in the hills run real commercial-grade Schaerer machines. These are plumbed-in Coffee Prime and Coffee Club units in professional offices and a few private setups, not countertop pod machines, so when one goes down it needs a tech who knows the boiler and brew side.

From San Ramon we are right next door, usually 15 to 20 minutes up I-680. Written quote first, and CSLB #1136642 backs the electrical and water-line work.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling on hard estate water. Alamo runs on hard water and a lot of these machines sit on unfiltered lines. We descale the boiler, flush the steam circuit, and add filtration so scale stops choking the system.
Pump and water valve repair. No pressure or a machine that won't fill points at the pump or a stuck water valve. We test pressure, replace the failed part, and confirm the fill cycle runs clean.
Grinder service. Inconsistent dose or a grinder that stalls on a Coffee Prime gets pulled, cleaned, and the burrs checked. We reset grind and dose so shots come out even again.
Brew unit and seal replacement. Leaks under the machine or weak extraction usually mean tired brew unit seals. We rebuild the unit, swap the seals, and reset brew pressure.
