Santa Clara is heavy on corporate campuses, so a lot of our Schaerer work lands in the office break rooms and cafeterias around the Mission College area and the tech parks off Great America Parkway in 95054, plus older cafes near Santa Clara University in 95050 and 95051. Coffee Soul and Coffee Skye machines run constant shifts in these buildings.

From San Ramon it is about a 45 minute drive down 680, so we batch Santa Clara visits when we can. Valley water is hard, which means scale drives most of the boiler and pressure problems we see in these high-use machines.

Grinder rebuild. Campus machines grind all day and dull the burrs. We replace burrs, clear jams, and reset the dose so each shot pulls correctly.
Milk system valves and tubing. Self-serve Best Foam circuits clog under heavy office use. We rebuild the valves and lines so foam stays even through the morning rush.
Boiler descale and water filter. Hard valley water scales boilers fast in high-volume units. We descale, check the steam and water valves, and install filtration to slow the return.
Control board and touchscreen. Constant menu use wears the touchscreen and stresses the boards. We diagnose the fault and replace the part so staff can run the machine again.
