Brew unit overhaul on high-volume units. Coffee Soul and Skye machines in campus break rooms grind through brew-group seals. We rebuild the unit so output and pressure come back to spec.
Grinder and dosing reset. Heavy daily volume wears burrs and drifts the dose. We replace burrs and recalibrate grind so every cup holds the same strength.
Touchscreen and board diagnosis. Self-serve Schaerer units take a beating on the touchscreen and control board. We test the interface, trace faults, and replace what failed.
Pump and water valve repair. Pressure drops trace to a weak pump or a stuck water valve. We test flow, swap the pump or valve, and confirm steady extraction.
