The water out here is hard, and these are plumbed machines, so scale drives most of what breaks. A Coffee Prime that skipped its descale starts throwing temperature faults and weak shots, and the milk circuit on a self-serve unit gums up if nobody keeps the cleaning cycle current.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and water filtration. Hard Milpitas water scales the boiler on plumbed Coffee Prime and Coffee Club units. We descale, flush the lines, and set an inline filter to slow it down.
Pump and water-valve repair. Low pressure and no-fill errors usually point to a worn pump or stuck water valve. We test pressure, replace the failed part, and confirm flow under load.
Milk system service. Best Foam milk lines and valves clog on heavy self-serve use. We strip and clean the circuit, swap worn tubing and valves, and reset the foam.
Grinder and dose calibration. Off dose or grinder noise means worn burrs or grounds jammed in the chute. We clear it, replace burrs when needed, and recalibrate the grind.
