Brew unit rebuild. Worn seals and a sticking brew unit show up as weak shots or leaks under the machine. We pull it, clean or replace the wear parts, and reset the cycle.
Milk system valves and tubing. Best Foam milk problems usually come down to clogged valves and crusted tubing. We strip the milk circuit, replace the worn valves and lines, and dial the foam back in.
Grinder service. Inconsistent dose or grind noise means worn burrs or a jammed grinder. We clean it out, swap burrs when they are gone, and recalibrate the grind.
