Pleasanton splits between the cafes and restaurants along Downtown Main Street and the office parks of the Hacienda Business Park off Owens Drive, with ZIPs 94566 and 94588 covering both. Schaerer Coffee Skye and Coffee Club machines run hard in those break rooms and counters, and a stoppage at the morning rush is money out the door.

Pleasanton is close to home for us. From San Ramon it is about 15 to 20 minutes down 680, so this is one of our fastest stops. We service Schaerer as an independent shop and give you a written quote before any work.

Brew unit rebuild on high-traffic machines. Hacienda office machines run all day and the brew unit wears. We rebuild it with new seals so the pour stays consistent through the rush.
Best Foam milk circuit cleaning. Milk tubing and valves clog and the foam quits. We flush the Best Foam system, clear the valves, and replace cracked lines.
Boiler descaling and filtration. Scale from the plumbed line cuts temperature and steam pressure. We descale the boiler and fit a water filter so it holds up between services.
Touchscreen and control board faults. A frozen touchscreen or a board error takes the whole machine down. We diagnose the control side and repair or source the screen or board as needed.
