Plenty of Schaerer Coffee Skye and Coffee Club machines run in tech offices and self-serve setups here, and they get pushed hard.

The Santa Clara Valley water is hard, so descaling and a proper filter are part of nearly every boiler repair we do down here.

What we repair on the bench.

Touchscreen and control board. Office Schaerer units take a beating on the touchscreen. We diagnose dead screens and faulty boards and replace them so staff can actually run the menu again.
Pump and pressure faults. Weak or noisy pumps drop brew pressure and stall shots. We test and replace the pump and check the water path so flow comes back to spec.
Milk system rebuild. High-volume self-serve machines clog the Best Foam circuit. We strip and rebuild the milk valves and tubing so cappuccinos pour right at the busy hours.
Boiler descale and filtration. Valley water scales boilers quick. We descale, inspect the steam and water valves, and add filtration so the heat and pressure stay steady.
