Woodside has one real commercial cluster, the small village center around Buck's of Woodside, so most of the Schaerer machines we service in 94062 sit in private estate kitchens, guest house catering setups, and event kitchens brought in for a gathering on one of the multi-acre properties off Mountain Home Road or Kings Mountain Road. These super-automatic machines pour steadily for a family and their staff, then sit cold overnight, which is hard on milk lines and seals either way.

We come up from San Ramon on 680 south and across on 92 or 280, about 50 to 60 minutes, and Woodside runs on our Peninsula route day with Hillsborough. If a Coffee Soul or Coffee Prime goes down ahead of a planned gathering, that call jumps the line. Our electrical and water-line work on any install falls under CSLB #1136642.

What we repair on the bench.

Milk system valves and tubing. Foam quality on these machines lives or dies in the milk circuit. A morning of steady cappuccinos for guests leaves residue built up in the lines fast, and the foam starts falling flat. We pull the whole circuit apart and put in fresh valves and tubing.
Boiler descaling on hard Peninsula water. An unfiltered plumbed line, common enough on these estate properties, lets scale build inside the boiler over time. We run the descale, look over the heating element, and set up a filter cartridge to buy more time before it happens again.
Brew unit service. Everything a Coffee Soul or Coffee Prime does runs through the brew unit, so a worn seal or a piston starting to stick shows up right away as a weak or leaking shot. We pull the assembly out, rebuild or swap it, then test the pressure before calling it done.
Grinder calibration and burr wear. A cup that tastes thin usually traces back to the grinder before anything else, since worn burrs throw the dose and grind size off together. We inspect the burrs, dial the grinder back in, or swap the burrs outright if they are past adjustment.
