What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descaling for hard valley water. Livermore's water is hard and scale loads up the boiler fast. We descale, inspect the element, and put a filter on the line so a winery tasting room isn't fighting it every month.
Pump replacement. A noisy or weak pump drops brew pressure and the shots go thin. On a Coffee Prime or Coffee Soul we test pressure and swap the pump when it's worn out.
Milk system service. Best Foam needs clean valves and tubing. Office and tasting-room machines that sit between rushes clog up. We clear and replace the milk circuit so foam comes back.
Grinder burr replacement. High-volume tasting days dull the burrs and the dose drifts. We recalibrate the grinder or fit new burrs so the coffee strength holds.
