We service Schaerer super-automatics across Concord, from the Todos Santos Plaza restaurants downtown to the office suites and break rooms along Willow Pass Road and the Concord Avenue corridor. Most of the 94518, 94519, and 94520 machines we see are Coffee Prime and Coffee Club units running hard through a lunch rush, plus a few Coffee Soul setups in self-serve lobbies.

Concord runs about 25 minutes from our San Ramon base up 680, so we cover it same area as our home turf. Concord water carries enough hardness to scale a boiler fast, so descaling and a proper water filter come up on almost every call out here.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit rebuild. Worn seals and a sticking piston on a Coffee Prime or Coffee Club brew group lead to weak shots and leaks. We pull the unit, replace seals, and clean the path.
Grinder service. Dull or jammed burrs throw off dose and grind on high-volume Concord machines. We swap burrs, reset grind, and clear chute packing.
Boiler descaling and water filter. Concord water scales the boiler and steam valve. We descale, check the heating element, and fit a filter so it does not come back in a month.
Milk system repair. Best Foam quits when valves and tubing clog or split. We rebuild the milk circuit so foam comes back consistent for cappuccino orders.
