Downtown Los Altos along Main Street and State Street is a tight, walkable cluster of cafes, restaurants, and ground-floor offices in 94022 and 94024. Schaerer super-automatics here pour through morning and lunch rushes, so a down machine is lost sales right away.

From San Ramon we're about 45 to 50 minutes through the South Bay. We prioritize Main Street and State Street cafes when a machine quits mid-service. CSLB #1136642 covers the electrical and plumbed-water side of the work.

Brew unit rebuild for high-volume pours. Main Street cafes run a Coffee Skye or Coffee Prime hard. Brew-unit seals wear and shots go weak. We rebuild or replace the unit and reset pressure.
Milk system and Best Foam. Cappuccino-heavy menus clog milk valves and tubing fast. We clean and replace the milk circuit so Best Foam pours tight again through the rush.
Steam and water valve repair. Steam wands and hot-water valves stick or drip with daily use. We replace the valve internals so steam pressure holds for back-to-back drinks.
Descaling and water filtration. Peninsula water scales the boiler. We descale and set a filter on the line so a downtown cafe isn't losing temperature and flow to mineral buildup.
