When a self-serve unit dies at a mall food spot or an office kitchen, the cup line empties and nobody is happy. We cover Newark from San Ramon, about 30 minutes over the Dumbarton.

These are plumbed machines on hard local water, so scale leads the fault list. A Coffee Prime that missed its descale starts dropping temperature and pouring weak, and a milk circuit that nobody cleaned crusts the Best Foam valves on a self-serve unit.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and water filter service. Hard Newark water scales the boiler on plumbed Coffee Prime and Coffee Club machines. We descale, flush the lines, and set an inline filter to stretch the interval.
Milk valves and tubing. Best Foam valves and lines clog on heavy self-serve use. We strip the milk circuit, replace worn valves and tubing, and reset the foam.
Pump and water-valve repair. No-fill errors and low pressure point to a tired pump or stuck water valve. We check pressure, replace the failed part, and confirm flow under load.
Brew unit and grinder service. Weak shots and grind trouble come from worn brew-unit seals or spent burrs. We service the brew unit, swap burrs when gone, and recalibrate the dose.
