Plumbed machines mean filtration and descaling matter, and we'll tell you straight if the water line is the real problem.

What we repair on the bench.
- Steam and hot-water boiler descaling. Hard Union City water scales the boilers and the heating element fast. We descale the system, inspect the element, and check that the SSR and level probe still read right.
- Vibration and rotary pump service. A noisy or weak pump drops your brew pressure below where it should sit. We rebuild or replace the vibration or rotary pump and motor and set pressure back to spec.
- Brew group gaskets and shower screens. On a Linea or KB90 the group gasket and shower screen wear and start to channel. We replace both and clean the group so the portafilter locks and seals clean.
- PID and control electronics. When temperature wanders or the display acts up, the PID or control board is usually behind it. We diagnose the electronics and the SSR and swap what's failed.
