- Brew group gaskets and shower screens. Worn group gaskets cause channeling and leaks past the portafilter. We swap gaskets and clogged shower screens on Linea and GB5 groups and reset the seal.
- Boiler descaling and heating element. Martinez tap water leaves scale in the steam and hot-water boilers. We descale, test the element, and check the SSR and level probe before they fail outright.
- Brew and steam solenoid valves. A solenoid that sticks dribbles water or kills steam pressure. We rebuild or replace the brew and steam solenoids and clear the gicleur restrictor of scale.
- Vibration and rotary pump service. Weak shot pressure or a noisy pump usually traces to the pump or motor. We test pressure, service vibration and rotary pumps, and replace the motor when it is gone.
