What we close on the truck.

Boiler descaling and corrosion checks. Between hard water and salt air, a Coastside boiler picks up scale and its fittings pick up early rust faster than most inland accounts. We descale the boiler and check every fitting while we're in there.
Steam solenoid and connector corrosion. Salt air gets into connectors and solenoid valves near the steam side and makes them stick or leak. I check those connections closely on every Coastside call, since salt corrosion builds up quietly, and we clean or replace what's too far gone.
PID and control board service. A control board exposed to salt air over years can develop corroded contacts that cause erratic temperature readings. We test the PID and board and replace what's failing.
