- Boiler descaling. Foster City's municipal water still leaves scale in a plumbed boiler over the years, even in lower-volume office and condo settings. We descale the system and check whether a filter makes sense given how the machine actually gets used.
- Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. Even a lightly used GS3 in a condo clubhouse wears its group gasket and screen eventually, usually showing up as a slow drip after the shot or uneven extraction. We reseal the group and replace the screen.
