Yes. The Arsenal, First Street and the waterfront, Southampton, the Eastside and the West Side are all in our pickup area. Some of the older buildings have steps and narrow doors, so tell us the layout before we come for a heavy machine.

Shots taste sour one hour and bitter the next, or the display reports a temperature the cup does not match. The cause can be a temperature probe that has drifted, an SSR that switches late, or scale on the element changing how the boiler responds.

Benicia's water blends the State Water Project, Lake Berryessa and Lake Herman and comes out moderately hard, with the reading shifting as the mix changes. As an authorized La Marzocco service company, we pick up from First Street, the Arsenal, Southampton or the Eastside, log boiler temperatures on our bench, and send a written quote before any repair.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew temperature drifting on a Linea PB. We log the brew boiler temperature against the PID setting through repeated shots. If the reading and the real temperature disagree, the temperature probe gets replaced; if the boiler overshoots or lags, we look at the SSR and the element next.
Failed SSR leaving a boiler cold. The SSR switches power to the heating element. When it fails open, the boiler never heats; when it fails closed, the boiler overheats until a safety cut-out trips. We test it under load, replace it, and check the element and the wiring it feeds.
Steam solenoid leaking pressure. A steam solenoid that does not seal lets the wand hiss or drain boiler pressure between drinks. Scale on the seat or a worn seal is the usual cause. We rebuild or replace the valve and confirm the boiler holds pressure with the wand closed.
