Blackhawk (94506) is a gated community, so the commercial coffee lives at Blackhawk Plaza near the auto museum, and the rest is private. Plenty of the homes behind the gates run a plumbed Linea or GB5, and the Plaza cafes pull on the same equipment. It's a small footprint but the machines are well kept and owners want them right.
This is close work for us. San Ramon to Blackhawk is about 12 to 15 minutes up Camino Tassajara. We cover the water-line and electrical side under CSLB #1136642 and service these as an independent shop, not an authorized La Marzocco dealer.

What we close on the truck.
- Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. A Plaza cafe Linea or an estate GB5 still wears its group gasket. We replace gaskets and shower screens and confirm an even, clean shot.
- Boiler descaling and water filtration. Tassajara-side water scales the dual boilers and clogs gicleurs. We descale and set up proper filtration so the buildup doesn't keep coming back.
- Steam solenoid and hot-water valve. A solenoid leaking into the wand or tray wastes pressure. We pull the brew or steam valve, rebuild or replace it, and clean scale off the seat.
- Level probe, SSR, and PID. A boiler that overfills or won't hold temp usually means a scaled level probe or a tired SSR. We test the control electronics and swap the failed part.
