- Vibration or rotary pump and motor. High-volume bars wear pumps. A KB90 or Strada that loses pressure usually needs a rebuilt or replaced vibration or rotary pump and a motor check.
- Gicleur and restrictor clogs from scale. Scale narrows the gicleurs and restrictors and starves the group of flow. We pull and clear them, then descale the line that fed the clog.
- Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. On a busy Willow Glen bar the group gaskets pack out and screens blind off. We replace both so extraction stays even across back-to-back shots.
- PID and control electronics. Temperature drift or a dark display points at the PID or control board. We diagnose the electronics and swap the board when the machine won't hold setpoint.
