- Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. Channeling shots and a leaking group head are a worn portafilter gasket and a scaled shower screen. We replace both and reseat the group on the Linea or GB5.
- Boiler descaling and filtration. Peninsula water scales the steam boiler and the jets over time. We descale, clear the restrictors, and set proper filtration so the machine holds its pressure.
- Steam solenoid and hot-water valve. A weak wand or a dribbling hot-water tap is a sticking solenoid. We rebuild or swap the steam and hot-water valves and check the coils for heat damage.
- SSR and level probe. A boiler that overfills or fails to hold heat is a fouled level probe or a dead SSR. We test both before touching the more expensive control electronics.
