La Marzocco in Cupertino

La Marzocco commercial service.

Cupertino's coffee runs around the Main Street Cupertino district and the cafes serving the Apple campus crowd off Stevens Creek, where volume is steady and a slow bar backs up fast. We work 95014, and from San Ramon it's about 35 to 40 minutes down 680 to 580 to 280 depending on traffic.

These are tech-corridor cafes that bought serious machines, Strada and KB90 included, and they expect them to hold temperature shot after shot. We're factory-trained and La Marzocco authorized as of August 2026, and we know the saturated group and PID layout and we'll get the machine back to spec without padding the job.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

  • PID and control electronics. A drifting PID throws off brew temperature on a Strada or Linea. We test the controller, level probe, and SSR, and replace the failed part so the machine holds temp again.
  • SSR and level probe faults. A failed SSR leaves the boiler cold or stuck heating, and a scaled level probe misreads water. We diagnose the heating circuit end to end before swapping parts.
  • Vibration or rotary pump and motor. Pressure drops and a noisy pump on a high-volume Cupertino bar usually mean a worn pump or motor. We test pressure under load and rebuild or replace it.
  • Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. High shot counts wear group gaskets and clog screens. We replace both and check the saturated group seal so extraction stays even.
