- Brew-group gaskets and shower screens. A Solano Avenue counter running all-day volume in a small footprint chews through group gaskets and shower screens. We swap them and reseat the group so the machine stops leaking shots mid-shift.
- Brew and steam solenoid valves. Constant cycling on a small-shop Linea or GB5 sticks solenoids with scale. We rebuild or replace the brew and steam valves and clear the seats.
- Boiler descaling, element, and SSR. A plumbed machine with no slow hours scales the steam boiler right on schedule. We descale, test the element and SSR, and check the level probe for drift.
- Rotary pump and motor. Full-day volume in a dense strip wears down a rotary pump's seals and bearings. The pump and motor get rebuilt or swapped, and we dial the line pressure back in.
