- Steam and brew solenoid valves. Scale and grit foul brew and steam solenoids, leaving you with dribbling groups or weak steam. We rebuild or swap the valves and flush the lines feeding them.
- Boiler descaling and heating element. Oakland water lays scale in the steam and hot water boilers and on the element. We descale, test the element and SSR, and check the level probe so heat recovery holds during a rush.
- Vibration and rotary pump service. A noisy pump or soft brew pressure usually means a worn vibration pump or a tired rotary pump and motor. We pressure test and replace the pump to bring the group back to spec.
