- Boiler descaling and heating element. East Bay water scales the boiler and element over time. We descale the steam and hot water boilers, test the element and SSR, and check the level probe.
- Steam and hot water solenoid valves. Scale and wear leave steam and hot water valves leaking or sluggish. We rebuild or swap the solenoids so steam and water come on clean for milk and tea service.
- PID and control electronics. Temperature drift or a glitchy display usually traces to the PID or control board. We test the electronics and the probes and replace the failed component.
