Gicleur clogs and descaling. South Bay water clogs the gicleur jets and scales the boiler. We descale the Rancilio, clear the jets, and set up filtration to keep flow steady.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. Heavy shot counts wear the brew solenoids fast. Weak flow or a leaking steam wand gets the valve replaced and tested under pressure.
Group gaskets and screens. Busy bars flatten group gaskets quicker. We swap gaskets and screens so the portafilter locks tight and the spray runs even.
