What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and gicleur clogs. Castro Valley water scales the boiler and chokes the gicleur, starving a group of flow. We descale, clear the jets, and spec filtration so it does not return quickly.
Pump and motor. Weak pressure or a loud machine usually means the rotary pump or motor is worn. We check brew pressure, rebuild or replace the pump, and confirm proper output.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. A stuck solenoid floods the tray or leaves the steam wand soft. We replace the brew and steam valves on the Classe 5 and Classe 7 and reset the flow.
Control boards. A dead display, drifting dose, or a no-start can trace to the control board. We diagnose the board against the harness before replacing, so the right part goes in.
