Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Scale, descaling, and gicleurs. Hard water packs scale into the boiler and clogs the gicleurs. We descale, clear the jets, and set up filtration so an independent bar keeps consistent flow.
Pump and motor. A worn rotary pump drops brew pressure below standard. We test pressure under load and replace the pump or motor on the Classe range to restore the shot.
Level sensor and heating element. A scaled probe overfills the boiler and a failing element drops steam temperature. We clean or replace the sensor and test the element to hold pressure.
Brew and steam solenoids. Leaking solenoids drip into the group or weaken the steam wand. We rebuild or swap the brew and steam valves on the Classe 7 through 11.
