Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Group gaskets and screens. A Classe leaking around the portafilter at a Rheem Valley cafe needs a fresh group gasket and a clean screen. We replace both and reseat the group.
Heating element and level sensor. Lost steam or a boiler that overfills points at the element or a scaled level probe. We test each, descale the sensor, and get temperature holding.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. Dripping after the shot or weak steam means a sticky solenoid. We rebuild or swap the brew and steam valves and clear the scale that bound them.
Pump and motor. Falling pressure or a loud pump on the Classe gets the pump and motor checked and rebuilt or replaced so the machine pulls a proper shot.
