Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid valves. Sticking or leaking solenoids leave a Classe group dribbling or kill steam pressure. We test the coil and seat, then replace the valve and flush the line.
Group gaskets and screens. A blown portafilter seal sprays around the group and a clogged screen chokes flow. We swap the gasket and dispersion screen and reset extraction on the Classe head.
Descaling and gicleur clogs. Burlingame water leaves scale that plugs the gicleur and starves the group. We descale the boiler and lines and check whether the cafe needs a filter change.
Heating element and level sensor. A dead element or a fouled level probe throws off temperature and water fill. We meter the element, clean or replace the sensor, and confirm the boiler holds.
