These Rancilio machines run flat out, and a Classe down on Castro Street during the lunch crowd is real lost revenue. From San Ramon it is about a 45 to 50 minute drive down 680.

We service the commercial Classe line as an independent shop, not a factory program. Between the peninsula water and the sheer shot volume here, scale and worn group parts cause most of our calls. We descale, check the plumbed line, and recommend filtration when it will actually cut your downtime.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Pump and motor. Castro Street volume wears pumps quickly. A Classe losing brew pressure or running loud gets the pump and motor rebuilt or replaced so shots stay at pressure.
Control board faults. Dose errors, dead group buttons, or a machine that will not wake usually trace to the control board or harness. We test it and replace the failing electronics.
Gicleur and scale clogs. Scale plugs the gicleur and slows the group. We clear the restrictors, descale the boiler, and bring flow back across the Classe.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. A group that weeps or a wand with weak steam means a tired solenoid. We rebuild or swap the brew and steam valves and clean out the scale.
