Alamo is small and residential, with its commercial coffee mostly along Danville Boulevard and the shops near Alamo Plaza in 94507. The cafes here are few but busy, and several run Rancilio machines that need to be back up before the morning rush.

We are close, about 15 minutes from San Ramon up I-680. That short hop means we can usually get on a stuck machine fast. Wells and hard supply water in the valley push scale into boilers, so we keep an eye on descaling and filter condition on Alamo jobs.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and gicleur clogs. Hard valley water scales the boiler and plugs the gicleur, which starves a group and drops your shot pressure. We descale, clear the jets, and spec a filter to slow it down.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. A leaking or stuck solenoid wastes water and weakens steam. We replace the brew and steam valves on the Classe range and reset the flow.
Pump and motor. Low pressure or a noisy machine often means a tired rotary pump or motor. We test output, rebuild or swap the pump, and confirm you are hitting proper brew pressure.
Group gaskets and screens. A hard gasket leaks around the portafilter and ruins extraction. We fit fresh gaskets and screens so the head seals and the shot runs even.
