Control board faults. An erratic board throws dosing off or kills a group entirely. We diagnose the board on the Classe 9 and 11, repair or replace, and reprogram volumetric dosing.
Scale descaling and water filtration. Local water packs scale into the boiler and jets. We descale, clear the gicleurs, and set up filtration so a busy office machine holds flow and temperature.
Group gaskets and screens. Hard daily volume tears group gaskets and clogs screens. We swap both so the portafilter seats clean and extraction stays even shot to shot.
