Brew and steam solenoids. A leaking solenoid drips into the group or weakens steam at the wand. We rebuild or replace the brew and steam valves to restore flow and pressure.
Level sensor and heating element. A scaled level probe overfills the boiler and a tired element drops temperature. We clean or swap the sensor and test the element so steam holds during a rush.
Descaling and gicleur clearing. Hard water clogs the gicleurs and slows the group. We descale the boiler, clear the jets, and recommend filtration to keep a neighborhood bar steady.
