Drain box and drain line clogged with grounds. Grounds and oil build up in the drain box until the tray backs up and overflows. We clear the drain box and its outlet, check the hose fitting on the machine and tell you where the blockage started.
Steam wand blocked with dried milk. Milk left on the wand dries into the tip and up inside the tube, and steam comes out weak and in bursts. We soak and clear the tip and wand, replace the wand seals and check the steam solenoid while it is open.
Screens baked with oil after long idle hours. A machine that sits at temperature all day cooks oil onto the shower screens. Shots channel and taste bitter. We clean or replace the screens and gaskets and back-flush each group.
