We are close, roughly 15 minutes from San Ramon. The gated community runs on the same hard valley water as the rest of the area, so scale in the boiler and a working filter are the usual culprits behind a slow or weak machine here.

What we repair on the bench.

Scale and gicleur clogs. Hard water scales the boiler and plugs the gicleur, dropping flow to a group. We descale, clear the jets, and set you up with proper filtration so it stays clean.
Heating element and level sensor. A machine that runs cold or fills oddly usually has a bad element or level probe. We test both on the Classe range and replace the failed part so the boiler holds temp.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. Even a low-volume machine wears its solenoids. A leaking brew valve drips and a tired steam valve weakens the wand. We swap the valves and restore flow.
Group gaskets and screens. A gasket that has gone hard from sitting leaks around the portafilter. We fit fresh gaskets and screens so the head seals and the shot pours right.
