What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid valves. High volume hammers the solenoids. A stuck brew valve floods the tray and a weak steam valve slows the bar. We swap the valves on the Classe 7 and Classe 9 to keep the line moving.
Group gaskets and screens. On a busy Berkeley machine gaskets wear out fast and start spraying. We replace gaskets and screens across multiple groups so every head locks and pours even.
Descaling and gicleur clogs. Heavy shot counts mean heavy scale. We descale the boiler and lines, clear the gicleurs feeding each group, and check your filter so flow stays full.
Pump and motor. When pressure sags during a rush it is often the pump or motor giving out. We test brew pressure under load, rebuild or replace the pump, and confirm it holds at the busiest part of the day.
