- Group gasket wearing on a double rush. A B Street kitchen running both lunch and dinner service flattens a group gasket faster than a single-rush cafe would. We replace the gasket and dispersion screen so the shot seals and sprays even through both services.
- Brew solenoid rebuild. Two rush periods a day means twice the solenoid cycles of a slower shop. When the group starts dripping after the shot or flow slows early in the pull, we rebuild or swap the brew solenoid.
- Boiler descaling and gicleur clearing. A restaurant-row machine running lunch and dinner scales up faster than a slower cafe. We descale the boiler and clear the gicleur jets so recovery time holds between the two rushes.
