Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid valves. A solenoid stuck or leaking past the seat drips into the group or kills steam. We rebuild or swap the brew and steam solenoids on the Classe 5 through 11 and reset the flow.
Group gaskets and screens. Worn group gaskets blow seal under a packed portafilter and clogged screens choke extraction. We replace gaskets and dispersion screens to bring even shots back.
Scale and gicleur clogs. Hard water packs scale into the gicleurs and restricts flow to the group. We descale the boiler and clear the jets, then talk water filtration so it does not return.
Heating element and level sensor. A failed element or fouled level probe drops temperature or overfills the boiler. We test the element and clean or replace the sensor to hold steam pressure.
