These are volume shops in 94549, and several lean on Rancilio Classe machines because parts are easy to get and the boilers hold up.

We are close here. San Ramon to Lafayette is about 20 minutes up 680, so this is one of our quicker East Bay runs.

What we repair on the bench.

Pump and motor. A worn rotary pump drops brew pressure below nine bar and shots run weak. We test pressure, rebuild or replace the pump and motor on the Classe, and reset the head.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. Commuter-rush volume wears the solenoids fast. A leaking brew valve or weak steam means a stuck coil or scaled seat, and we replace the valve and clear the line.
Descaling and water filtration. Hard water through a busy machine scales the boiler and gicleur quickly. We descale, check the softener or filter, and advise on a cartridge schedule so it stays clear.
Control board faults. Erratic dosing or a dead display points at the control board. We diagnose the board, check the harness and sensors, and replace the board when it has failed.
