What we close on the truck.
- Pump and motor on high-volume machines. A downtown Classe 9 or 11 pulling all day eventually loses pressure at the pump. We test pressure under load, rebuild or replace the pump and motor, and set it back to spec.
- Brew and steam solenoid valves. High shot counts wear the brew solenoids fast. Weak flow on one group or a dripping steam wand gets the valve replaced and tested under pressure.
- Group gaskets and screens. Heavy use flattens group gaskets quicker in a busy San Jose bar. We replace gaskets and screens so the portafilter seats tight and the spray runs even.
- Control board diagnostics. Dosing that drifts or a group that will not fire can be the control board. We trace it before condemning the board, since a sensor or valve is the cheaper fix more often than not.
