Walnut Creek has a real coffee scene. The cafes and restaurants around Broadway Plaza and the downtown blocks off North Main (94596), plus the office towers along Ygnacio Valley Road, run Franke super-automatics and Mytico machines through a steady downtown crowd. A dead machine on a Saturday at the Plaza is a long afternoon.

This one is close. San Ramon to Walnut Creek is 15 to 20 minutes up 680, so we can usually get there quick. We cover downtown and Broadway Plaza in 94596, the Rossmoor and south end in 94595, and the offices and homes toward 94597. We work on Franke as an independent shop, not a factory-authorized dealer.

What we repair on the bench.

Mytico and super-auto milk system. Downtown cafes pour a lot of milk drinks, so FoamMaster valves and lines clog and wear. We rebuild the milk path so the foam texture holds through a busy Broadway Plaza weekend.
Boiler and heater descaling. Plumbed machines scale fast on local water. We descale the boiler and heater, verify the flow meter, and set up filtration so temperature and pour volume stay where they should.
Brewer unit and grinder. Worn brewer seals and dull grinder burrs drag down a high-traffic downtown machine. We rebuild the brewer and swap the burr set, then recalibrate the grind and dose.
Touchscreen and control board. An unresponsive touchscreen or a machine throwing error codes usually means the panel or control board. We pin down which it is and source the part, keeping the front-of-house menu working.
