Clayton summers are hot and dry. A Franke working in a warm room has to shed its own heat as well, and boards and touchscreens fail sooner when it cannot. The water side matters just as much: a pump that has lost pressure or a heater that no longer holds temperature turns out weak or lukewarm drinks, and a hot room gives the machine less margin.

What we check on site.

Pump losing pressure. A worn pump can no longer push water through the brewer at the right pressure, and extraction goes weak. We measure pressure at the machine, then repair or replace the pump and confirm the drinks come back to strength.
Heater not holding temperature. A heater that has scaled or weakened lets drink temperature sag through a run of orders. We test the heater and its sensors, descale where scale is the cause, and replace the heater when it has failed.
Electronics overheating in a warm spot. Boards and touchscreens fail sooner when heat has nowhere to go. We check the ventilation around the machine and tell you if the placement is part of the problem, before a new board goes into the same spot.
