We service Franke super-automatics for offices, restaurants, and convenience accounts around Richmond. Most of our calls come from the Marina Bay business park and the Hilltop shopping district along 94806, plus the older storefronts off Macdonald Avenue in 94801. A300 and A600 machines in break rooms, SB1200 units behind QSR counters, the same scale and milk-line problems show up no matter the address.

Richmond is about a 35 minute run from our San Ramon shop, straight up I-80 most of the day. Richmond water is hard, so descaling and a proper inline filter matter here more than people think. We bring parts and tools for the common Franke failures on the first visit and quote in writing before anything gets opened up.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

FoamMaster milk system service. Cafes and offices push a lot of milk drinks. We clean and rebuild FoamMaster valves and lines, clear blockages, and fix weak or cold foam on A600 and A800 units.
Descaling and boiler service. Richmond's hard water scales the heater and slows flow. We descale the boiler, check the flow meter, and recommend an inline filter so it does not come back fast.
Brewer unit rebuild. Grounds leaking past the brewer, weak puck, or stalled cycles. We pull the brewer group, replace worn seals, and get extraction back to spec.
Grinder burr replacement. Dull burrs throw off dose and grind on high-volume SB1200 and A-line machines. We swap burrs and reset grind so shots pour right again.
