Franke commercial service.

Orinda is a smaller commercial footprint than its neighbors, the cafes and the restaurants clustered around the Orinda Theatre Square and the office suites along Moraga Way in 94563. The Franke machines we see here tend to be A300 and Mytico units in lower-volume settings, where the milk system and the descaling get neglected because nobody is watching the counts the way a busy cafe would.

From San Ramon it is a quick run, roughly 20 to 25 minutes over the 24. That makes Orinda one of the easier towns for us to reach fast when a machine goes down mid-service. We will pull a written quote before any work and we credit the diagnostic toward the repair.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling on neglected machines. Low-volume Mytico and A300 units in Orinda scale up because they sit on the water line between rushes. We descale the boiler and flow meter and set a maintenance interval so it does not seize.
Milk system cleaning and valve service. A FoamMaster circuit that sits dirty between light shifts sours and clogs. We flush the lines, replace bad valves, and restore the milk flow.
Flow meter fault diagnosis. A scaled or stuck flow meter throws short-shot and volume errors. We clean or replace the meter and confirm the dose on the A300.
Touchscreen and control board faults. Frozen screens and unresponsive menus point to the control board or display. We test the board, source the part, and get the interface back.
